Progress Spinner 1.0.2 script details Often seen in Flash-based applications, progress indicators are coming to HTML, thanks mainly to HTML 5 and adjacent technologies like SVG and canvas.
This small plugin, Progress Spinner, uses a combination of jQuery, Raphael and SVG to render an animated spinner.
Progress Spinner only handles the operations necessary for overlaying and animating the spinner.
The developer is then responsible with integrating the plugin with AJAX-heavy websites and applications, where such a tool can be really useful for masking loading operations, blocking and signaling the user he has to wait a little bit longer until the operation finishes before he can resume interacting with the current page.
